I am so glad you have stopped by to read. You will find that this blog is a story, a journal, a reflection of thoughts and what I am thinking and feeling as I find joy in life. Some days may be cheerier than others, but everyday I find joy. Joy is not something I seek to attain, it is a pathway I am already on. I will admit, sometimes the path is smooth and at other times it is rocky. Everything that my family has been through in the past year with my mother's illness has been remarkable. I find that I have a strong desire to document it. Perhaps that is because I have a need to vailidate all that we experienced. Or perhaps that it is because it has come to an end and I am not ready to leave the experience behind me just yet. I will write about the journey as I can and I will leave it behind when I come to that moment. Just today I received a sympathy card and it was accompanied by a book titled, Glimpses of Heaven. I am really looking forward to reading it because my mom is in heaven. I may go back and include all of the email updates I sent out over the last 13 months, just so that I can have them all in one place and remember everything. Hope you have a blessed day.
